Bethlehem School’s roll has continued to grow and Roll growth funding received in 2010.
In December 2010 the Board appointed Tectum Consulting as project managers.
Initial thoughts of the board were to place prefabricated buildings on site, however after working with Tectum Consulting it became clear that a ‘specific design’ would better meet the schools requirements.
TCL undertook the architect procurement and worked closely with the successful architects (Matrixx Consultants) to ensure the client’s design brief was met.
Tectum Consulting has undertaken project team leadership, Head contractor procurement (tender and tender analysis), Contract documentation and administration, sub-consultant integration and MoE documentation.
Project control to date has ensured the construction is progressing well and to the tight timeframe required.
